GlamouRocks.co.uk has made every effort to display the jewellery
as accurately as possible. We are aware that colours and images
vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most
cases, the only surprise is that the crystal, diamante and particularly
the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the
pixels of the monitor allow us to show!
Paying For Your Jewellery
GlamouRocks.co.uk accepts most credit and debit cards, including
Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line
processing system via Paypal, one of the world's largest credit
card processing companies.
If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will
automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. For
your convenience, however, there is a handy currency converter on

We reserve the right to decline any orders that
do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a
working land line telephone number, in certain circumstances a mobile
number will be accepted. In this case customers may be asked to
submit a recent bank statement or personal utility bill to confirm
the name address and postcode submitted as their invoice address.
This information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
If an order is declined the customer will be asked to apply for
a refund through their own credit card bank.
Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Simply send us your
order in writing, with a cheque or postal order for the goods +

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in
the catalogue, GlamouRocks.co.uk reserves the right to supply goods
at the correct price.
Shipping and Handling
Postage and packing is included in the prices.
Delivery
Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within
2 working days from receiving your order. GlamouRocks.co.uk do not
dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are
resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within
7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on
(0)7984 202 056. For overseas orders please allow up to 28 days
for delivery. Replacement of missing parcels is at the discretion
of GlamouRocks.co.uk.
Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately
on (0)7984 202 056 and return the product to us at: GlamouRocks,
PO BOX 61616 LONDON SE9 5WP. We will replace the item free of charge
and take your case up with the Royal Mail.
Guarantee
We operates a 7-day No quibble Guarantee from the date of dispatch.
If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned
in mint condition, you will be offered a Credit Note for the value
of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time over the following
three months, simply by calling the Sales Team on, (0)7984 202 056.
For health and hygeine reasons, no returns are available on pierced*
earrings. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable.
Postage and packing is not refunded on returned items.
All piercing posts are sterling silver or nickel free. However,
this cannot be said with any certainty for Vintage Jewellery due
to its age and unknown origin.

Returns Policy
GlamouRocks.co.uk endeavours to supply the highest quality goods
and service and operates a simple returns policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced
earrings or navel jewellery. Rings ordered to specific sizes are
also non-returnable.
Otherwise, we offer a 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee". If
any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us at: GlamouRocks,

subject to items being returned in mint condition, you will be offered
a Credit Note for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at

When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if
you remember to include your name/address, and where possible, your
order number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof
of delivery, as the Company cannot take responsibility for items
lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive
the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange
the items for something else. Refunds after 7 days from the date
of dispatch are at the discretion of GlamouRocks.co.uk.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
